My name’s Ola Alexander and I’m here to artfully document your family in portraiture & visual stories to hang on your walls and to hold in your hand.
My wish for your family, especially your kids, is to grow around those pieces and explore the stories behind them every time you pause and look at them throughout the years.
I hope that they become a landmark, and a portal to instantly bring back that fuzzy feeling of being at home, of belonging, of being loved and seen, now and later when they are away, and maybe building their own homes.

The boutique experience
You come with a dream, I bring art and expertise. I’ll hold your hand throughout the whole process so you can sit back and enjoy the experience.
It starts with an initial call, followed by a free consultation where we dream about the shape of the session and artwork that will celebrate your family best. You will decide if we go with documentary photography, documentary style portraits or both, or if we do it in-home or I take you places.
I’m crafting this experience specifically for your family. I take the time to get to know you a little bit better and I make sure to create space and time for everyone to feel amazing and seen during the session. There will be laughs and joy, but also simple life as it is, maybe your favorite music or activity that will help you to enjoy this moment.
After a short while, we will meet again and I will guide you through a curated selection of photographs so that you can order the artwork of your family that you have been dreaming about.
And you’ll be in awe when they arrive; they will become your favorite pieces around which you and your kids will spend some quality time.
